The fit sample is produced in your intended fabric and reviewed against the tech pack measurement by measurement, so that each style is confirmed on accurate specification before it moves further into development. This detailed review at the fit stage is what allows production to run smoothly later on.

Fit sessions are carried out on a live model or your fit form, with all comments consolidated into a single revision set covering fit, construction and finish. This ensures each round moves the style meaningfully closer to production, with most styles sealed within two rounds and any need for a third explained to you before it begins.

Salesman samples are made to the approved fit in your intended colourways and fabrics, giving you finished garments to sell from ahead of production. As they carry commercial weight with buyers, we produce them to bulk finish standard with final trims, labels and packaging as they will appear in your order.

The pre-production sample is made on the production line in bulk fabric from the booked lot, and becomes the reference every unit in your order is inspected against. We check it against the sealed fit sample and confirm graded measurements across the full size run, with production released once you have signed it off.

With the PP sample sealed and bulk fabric delivered to the factory, your order moves into production. Cutting, sewing and finishing are carried out against the approved sample and tech pack, with the sealed reference held on the floor as the standard. Lead times vary with quantity, style complexity and factory scheduling, which is why your production slot is confirmed at deposit.

Our team in China is present throughout the run, carrying out inline checks that identify construction and measurement issues while they can still be corrected on the line. We then confirm packing, cartoning and shipping marks before your order leaves the factory.

Air freight delivers your order from the factory within a fortnight, making it well suited to fixed launch dates or restocking mid-season. We book through freight partners we work with regularly or your nominated forwarder, and consolidate shipments where possible to keep per-unit costs workable on smaller runs.

As air freight carries a significantly higher cost per kilogram, particularly on heavier categories such as outerwear and denim, we quote both air and sea at costing stage so the choice can be planned around your budget and timeline. We also coordinate documentation ahead of shipping to support a smooth customs clearance on arrival.

Sea freight is the most cost-effective option for planned production runs. LCL suits smaller volumes, with your cartons sharing container space and costs calculated on the volume you use. FCL offers a better rate once your order fills enough of a container, and keeps your goods sealed from origin to destination with less handling along the way.

Transit is approximately four to five weeks port to port, including consolidation at origin and clearance on arrival. As Chinese New Year and peak season affect capacity and rates, we book in line with your schedule well ahead of time. We coordinate documentation, customs and delivery to your warehouse or 3PL, and can confirm the full landed cost before booking.
