We develop patterns from your tech pack and measurement specifications within our workroom. Each pattern is drafted with consideration to construction, fabrication and the requirements of bulk production.
Patterns are integrated directly with our 3D visualisation, allowing fit model measurements to be reviewed digitally and amendments to be made before a physical sample is produced. Grading is completed across your size range once fit is approved, ensuring consistency from the base size through to production.
Our specialist knowledge across outerwear, workwear, shirting and bottoms informs every pattern decision, from seam allowances and ease to finer construction details.
